This is a 500tph granite aggregate crushing production line located in Kazakhstan. The main crushing material of this project is granite, with a maximum feed of 900mm and a discharge of 0-250mm. The final product is mainly used as aggregate for construction. The project is equipped with ZSW6015 feeder, JC555 jaw crusher and 3YK2160 vibrating screen provided by 麻豆原创. The ZSW6015 feeder feeds the larger granite into the JC555 jaw crusher in an orderly manner through uniform feeding to undertake the primary crushing task. The material below 250mm will be fed into the Metso cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. The final product is classified by the 3YK2160 vibrating screen and finally becomes aggregate and sand, which are widely used in the construction industry.
