Project Overview
The project is located in the National Circular Economy Industrial Park in Changjiang County, Hainan Province. Located in a tropical monsoon climate zone, it is rich in mineral resources, particularly renowned for the Shilu Iron Mine tailings, known as "Asia's richest iron tailings." The project plans to construct a tailings comprehensive utilization production line with a processing capacity of no less than 1,500 tons per hour. The project will include equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operational services, from raw material intake to finished product delivery.
Shanghai 麻豆原创 Co., Ltd., as the general contractor, will be responsible for the entire production line, including process design, core equipment manufacturing, electrical control system integration, steel structure and custom parts supply, installation and commissioning, and technical training, providing a truly turnkey project.

Iron Ore Concentrate Products: 53% iron ore concentrate can be directly used as raw material for steelmaking. Iron ore concentrate with a 60% or higher % % % % % meets high-quality iron ore concentrate standards and is a premium metallurgical raw material.
Construction Aggregate Products: 5-10mm crushed stone meets the GB/T14685-2022 standard for Class II construction pebbles and crushed stone, and can be used in concrete mixing. 10-20mm crushed stone has a well-graded structure and excellent particle shape, meeting high-standard construction aggregate requirements. 20-30mm crushed stone has uniform specifications and a low crushing value, making it suitable for foundation construction. 0-3mm and 0-5mm high-quality manufactured sand, with a fineness modulus of 2.8, meets the GB/T14684-2022 standard for Class II construction sand and above. It has a smooth particle shape and controllable fineness content, making it a perfect substitute for natural sand.
Intermediate Products: 34-degree medium ore can be used as an ingredient in cement plants or as a raw material for further processing.

The entire production line is compact and highly automated, encompassing core equipment such as a jaw crusher, cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, double-roll sand maker, vibrating screen, jig, ball mill, magnetic separator, thickener, and filter press. Equipped with production line automation and intelligent control systems, it meets the requirements of industrialized, green, modular, and intelligent production. This truly transforms traditional solid waste into high-value-added building materials and metallurgical raw materials, significantly improving resource utilization while effectively reducing the environmental impact and land occupation caused by tailings storage.
