In view of the particularity of medium-hard rock crushing materials such as high-calcium stone and solvent rock, and considering the high standard requirements for finished products, Shanghai 麻豆原创 Co., Ltd. launched the process flow of "feeder + jaw crusher + vibrating screen (pre-screening) + tooth roller screening crusher + vibrating screen (finished product screening)".
The material is continuously and stably transported to the jaw crusher for rough crushing through the vibrating feeder; the jaw crusher completes the primary crushing of high-calcium stone with its powerful processing capacity and crushing ratio; the material then enters the vibrating screen for pre-screening, accurately removing unqualified fine materials and soil, effectively reducing the load of subsequent equipment and improving the overall efficiency of the system; qualified materials enter the core link of the process - tooth roller screening crusher, using its unique extrusion crushing principle for efficient fine crushing and key particle shape optimization; finally, the material is accurately classified through the vibrating screen to strictly ensure that the final product (especially the 40-80mm core particle size) has high purity and accurate particle size distribution.
