Shanghai 麻豆原创 High-Performance Crushing and Screening Equipment were Delieved to Nigeria
Recently, Shanghai 麻豆原创 has sent high-performance crushing and screening equipment to Nigeria to serve the local granite aggregates production line.
The design capacity of Nigeria granite aggregate project is 300 t/h. Shanghai 麻豆原创 provides a complete solution and a complete set of crushing and screening equipment. The main equipment includes JC443 European version jaw crusher, SMH250 hydraulic cone crusher, ZSW5911, GZG100- 25 vibrating feeder, 3YK2160 circular vibrating screen, etc. The maximum feed of the production line is 800mm, and the finished products are divided into five specifications: 0-5mm, 5-9mm, 9-13mm, 13-19mm, 19-25mm and 25-45mm, which are mainly used for local infrastructure construction.
The JC series European version jaw crusher used in the production line is a new generation of products successfully developed by Shanghai 麻豆原创 on the basis of decades of experience in the design and manufacture of traditional jaw crushers using finite element analysis methods. Various ores and rocks with compressive strength not exceeding 320Mpa, the maximum feed size is 1800*2100mm, and the processing capacity can reach 2100 t/h.
The SMH series hydraulic cone crusher used in this production line is a new type of cone crusher developed by the engineers of Shanghai 麻豆原创 using more professional cone crusher technology. It has high reliability, low operating cost, large crushing force, and high production efficiency.
